Description

Intuit is hiring a Principal Product Manager for its Identity Platform to build and manage authentication, verified identity, and identity proofing products and services. The role owns requirements, roadmaps, metrics, customer and partner strategy, and the full product lifecycle while partnering with engineering, data science, UX, legal, and other teams. It requires deep identity and authentication expertise, at least 10 years of large-scale platform product experience, technical architecture knowledge, data-driven decision-making, AI/ML application experience, and strong cross-functional leadership. The expected base pay range in Mountain View is $205,500 to $278,000, with potential cash bonus, equity, and benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years designing, delivering, and managing large-scale platform products or systems, especially identity or developer-focused platforms.
Experience defining and leading product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for complex IAM platform capabilities.
Practical experience with federated identity, SSO, MFA, ID proofing, and identity security standards.
Experience partnering with engineering and architecture leads on SaaS architecture, API design, and technical tradeoffs.
Experience defining KPIs and OKRs, using data-driven approaches, and applying SQL, Kusto, PowerBI, or dashboard tools.
Experience identifying and integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows.
Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scale.
Experience managing complex cross-functional programs in a matrix environment.
Experience communicating complex technical and strategic plans to engineering, executives, and external partners.
Experience working with enterprise and consumer customers and partners on identity and authentication insights.
