Description
Intuit is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of the Partner Payouts and Incentives platform. The role owns AI-enabled capabilities across incentive compensation, quota and territory planning, payout processing, performance analytics, and earnings transparency, while partnering with engineering, finance, legal, and business operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-focused platform solutions. Candidates need 7–10+ years of product management experience, a strong background in SPM and compensation platforms, AI/ML product experience, and strong technical and cross-functional leadership skills.
