Intuit is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager for its Digital Help team to own the AI-powered Digital Assistant and Voice experience. The role defines the product roadmap, partners with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams, uses behavioral data and experimentation to prioritize product bets, and brings AI, conversational AI, voice, and large language model capabilities to improve customer and expert interactions. The position requires at least eight years of product management experience, strong AI and machine learning knowledge, data acumen, global-by-design thinking, and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
