The role partners with engineering, executive leadership, directors, and VPs; mentors senior product managers; and represents MongoDB to developers, standards bodies, and industry conferences. It requires 10+ years of professional experience, including significant product leadership in platform, infrastructure, or database domains, along with strong communication, strategic execution, and deep technical knowledge of database query engines and distributed systems. The position can be in-office, hybrid, or remote anywhere in the United States, with a base salary of $185,000 to $363,000 USD.
