MongoDB is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy, architecture, roadmap, business cases, customer advocacy, and monetization for its distributed query engine and query system. The role partners with engineering, executive leadership, directors, and VPs; mentors product managers; and represents the product line externally. It requires 10+ years of professional experience, including significant product leadership in platform, infrastructure, or database domains, along with strong communication, strategic execution, and technical database expertise. The position can be in-office, hybrid, or remote anywhere in Canada, with a base salary of CAD 173,000–240,000.
