Description
Intuit is hiring an experienced Product Manager for its People Data & Analytics team to own the product vision, roadmap, delivery, data standards, governance, analytics, and technology for workforce planning. The role partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and technology teams to consolidate fragmented planning data and tools into a governed ecosystem, while also scoping AI-enabled capabilities and driving adoption. It requires at least eight years of People Analytics or Workforce Planning experience, hands-on ownership of data and technology, workforce planning modeling and forecasting expertise, HR technology implementation experience, and SQL and data-modeling ability.
