Description
Discord is hiring a Senior Staff Program Manager to build its creator strategy from the ground up, starting with a trusted group of creators and developing programs for support, communication, escalation, feedback, and community relationships. The role will establish ownership across existing creator work, build systems and playbooks for scalable growth, and partner with Support, Product, Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Policy, and other teams. It is a senior individual contributor reporting to the Director of Marketing, Player Communications, with a US base salary of $256,000 to $288,000 plus equity and benefits, and requires candidates to reside in or relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
