Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Senior / Staff RDA Process Engineer to monitor inline defectivity, identify process anomalies, and lead defect reduction initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing. The role uses inspection and metrology tools, analyzes large data sets, investigates root causes, and collaborates with global manufacturing, process integration, process development, and yield teams to improve yield and quality. A master’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least three years of semiconductor manufacturing experience are required.
