Q2 is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer to lead strategic architecture and product engineering for customer-facing digital banking experiences. The role combines technical leadership, AI-native engineering, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, observability, security, reliability, and operational excellence, while partnering with Product, Design, Security, Compliance, Operations, and executive leadership. The engineer will define architectural strategy, modernize systems, improve delivery and developer productivity, mentor senior engineers, and influence product and investment decisions.
