Description
Druva is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for its Cloud Platform Team to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend server-side components. The role focuses on high-performance systems, complex feature and architectural improvements, service-oriented and microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and third-party API integrations. The engineer will also mentor junior team members, review designs and code, generate detailed specifications using GenAI, and independently resolve complex escalations. The position requires at least six years of experience, proficiency in Go, Python, C++, or Java, and a computer science degree or equivalent.
