Flow Engineering is hiring a Software Engineer to build AI-powered requirements-management capabilities, including assisted drafting, consistency checks, impact analysis, and agentic workflows for systems and domain engineers. The role covers full-stack development, language-model integration, data pipelines, evaluation, observability, safety, and production infrastructure, with a focus on moving prototypes to stable, observable features.
