Waabi is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for its Autonomy & Algorithms team to build scalable machine learning data pipelines for training and evaluating autonomous driving models. The role involves designing pipelines using real-world driving data and Waabi World, optimizing data formats and loading, improving data sampling and composition, and supporting project planning and delivery. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant technical field, at least four years of industry experience, Python and deep learning framework expertise, and experience with distributed ETL and ML pipeline management. The role is available across Waabi’s United States locations and offers a yearly salary of $148,000 to $260,000 USD plus equity, performance bonus, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
