Description
UFORCE is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Autonomy) to design, build, and operate software for uncrewed surface vehicles across its C2/C4ISR stack. The role covers perception autonomy, collision avoidance, target-based manoeuvring, swarm intelligence, scenario-based verification, field trials, automated testing, observability, and operator controls. It requires 8+ years of production or backend software engineering experience, strong Java, Python, or .NET/C# experience, mathematical foundations for autonomy and robotics, and experience with distributed, real-time, event-driven, or mission-critical systems.
