Voleon is hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer for its Data Engineering team to scale and advance the company’s data operations. The role covers dataset procurement and ingestion, data processing technologies, pipelines, tools, libraries, trading and research data delivery, large-scale project leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship. Candidates need a computer science or engineering bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant software engineering experience, expertise in a modern programming language, Linux/UNIX development experience, and experience building scalable services or data infrastructure.
