Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer (IC5 Level) for its Data Platform Engineering organization. The role leads the design, delivery, and operation of shared, multi-tenant platform services including managed Postgres, queueing/streaming, and key-value stores on Kubernetes. Responsibilities include defining high-availability, failover, disaster-recovery, and multi-region architectures; building Kubernetes-native automation; partnering with engineering and product teams; and mentoring engineers. The position is flexible hybrid, requiring two days per week at a ServiceNow office, and is limited to United States citizens, naturalized citizens, or permanent residents. Base pay is $149,800–$262,200 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
