Description
Nu is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of its Quality and Developer Experience ecosystem. The role owns end-to-end developer platforms, boundary APIs, test automation, code review systems, AI-assisted code quality, and automated pull-request approvals, while partnering with engineering leaders and influencing productivity, review latency, code quality, and platform adoption. It requires senior IC leadership experience in backend software, developer platforms, core infrastructure, or DevEx systems, along with AI-assisted software development expertise.
