ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer (IC5) for HR Service Delivery to own the architecture, standards, evaluation infrastructure, safety, and reliability of model-driven, agentic capabilities across the employee lifecycle. The role sets domain-wide patterns for agent composition, instruction and tool surfaces, autonomy boundaries, production quality, and evaluation; directs AI coding agents; and resolves architectural and production issues. It requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, strong JavaScript/Node.js, React, and API skills, plus hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, production AI integration, observability, and incident response.
