Description
The Workspace AI Site Reliability Engineer will own the architecture and design of inference and training AI infrastructure, partner with development teams on reliable and scalable AI-powered products, drive AI-first development and automation, lead production incident response and postmortems, and collaborate with SRE leaders across Google. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 4 years of project and technical leadership experience, 3 years of distributed systems experience, and experience with machine learning or AI in software development; a master’s degree is preferred. Compensation is $262,000–$364,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
