The role combines hands-on development with architecture, technical strategy, cross-team problem solving, AI production integrations, quality and reliability frameworks, and leadership of senior engineers. Candidates need 12+ years of relevant experience, technical leadership at the Senior staff level or above, expertise in Java or C#, experience shipping AI/ML capabilities, and a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. The expected base pay range is $220,500–$298,000 in New York.
