Wabtec is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership for the architecture, strategy, development, and deployment of its Train Handling portfolio, including Trip Optimizer and Locotrol. The role leads complex system architectures, requirements, product initiatives, verification and validation, field testing, customer deployments, and emerging AI-enabled automation and analytics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science and at least 10 years of hands-on design, requirements development, and implementation experience involving engineering systems, hardware or software engineering, and data information systems. The position is U.S.-only and may provide relocation assistance.
