Twenty-Six Defense is hiring a Senior Staff Systems Engineer – Seeker SME to serve as the technical authority for Semi‑Active Laser, Imaging, and RF seekers used in precision-guided weapon systems. The role leads seeker architecture, algorithms, simulation models, integration, testing, calibration, verification, and flight-test activities while collaborating with optical, software, electrical, mechanical, RF, and GNC teams and with customers and business development. Candidates need advanced seeker technology expertise, relevant education and experience, proficiency with modeling and test tools, and 25–50% travel.
