Description
Queue is hiring a senior Systems Engineer to architect and lead the end-to-end design of its autonomous robotic pharmacy system. The role owns system requirements, interfaces, performance budgets, hardware-software integration, safety and risk management, validation, field-data analysis, and tradeoffs across cost, reliability, manufacturability, and customer needs. It requires at least eight years of complex-product engineering experience, expertise in system architecture and validation, and hands-on experience with hazard analysis, FMEA, and safety-critical systems. The position reports to the Head of Systems Engineering and offers equity, health benefits, a 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
