Veza is hiring a Senior Staff (Tech Lead) Software Engineer for its IAM Integrations team to design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure, Box, Hashicorp, Databricks, and other services. The role leads backend engineers, defines architecture and integration roadmaps, and applies AI/ML models to data modeling and integration design. It requires extensive backend software development experience, strong programming and API skills, cloud and distributed-systems expertise, and collaboration with product, solutions engineering, support, and customers. The position is based in Redwood City, California, with three days in the office, and offers a base salary of $190,900 to $334,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
