Scout Motors is hiring a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager – Service Intelligence to lead the strategy, architecture, development, and operationalization of a confidential backend decision-intelligence platform for its direct-to-consumer retail and service ecosystem. The role focuses on modeling operational constraints, designing real-time decision logic and AI-assisted frameworks, coordinating engineering and data teams, and ensuring scalable, explainable, auditable, and secure system behavior. It is based in Fremont, California, with 1–3 days per week in the office, and requires 12+ years of product management experience, AI/ML experience, 0–1 product leadership, and an AI-related certification.
