Form Energy is hiring a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex mechanical design and integration programs for its utility-scale energy storage systems. The role manages projects from concept through high-volume manufacturing, coordinates engineering, operations, and supply chain teams, drives schedules and risk mitigation, oversees prototyping and analytical-model validation, and supports design-for-cost and manufacturability. Candidates need 10+ years of technical program management experience, a strong mechanical engineering or complex systems background, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; relocation assistance and full-time health coverage are offered.
