IonQ is hiring a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across its application platform, developer tooling, and compiler stack. The role owns end-to-end delivery, program planning and reporting, risk management, dependency coordination, and status communication across four engineering teams and roughly forty engineers. It requires at least eight years of technical program management experience, experience with developer tools, SDKs, compilers, or adjacent platform software, technical fluency, customer-facing experience, and strong communication skills. The position is onsite in Bothell, Washington; Boulder, Colorado; or College Park, Maryland, with as-needed travel, and offers a base salary of $180,000 to $270,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
