Google is hiring a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead two concurrent flagship SoC programs through the full semiconductor development lifecycle, including silicon engineering, software, IP integration, bring-up, qualification, and mass production. The role manages program governance, executive phase-gate reviews, cross-functional engineering orchestration, critical-path schedules, budgets, technical risks, and communication with VP-level stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree and 10 years of technical program management or engineering management experience leading semiconductor, ASIC, or custom SoC programs, with preferred qualifications including advanced degrees, PMP certification, and experience at advanced process nodes.
