Description
Crusoe is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Spark modular data center deployments, from powered land project approval through customer availability. The role manages project schedules, budgets, resources, site readiness, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, reporting, and deployment process standardization. It requires 6–8+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $100 million, along with scheduling expertise, technical breadth, vendor management, and strong communication skills. The position involves approximately 10% travel to sites and offers compensation of $175,000–$215,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
