Description
Renesas Electronics is hiring a Senior Staff Test Engineer to serve as a principal technical authority in its test development organization. The role owns ATE roadmaps, scalable hardware and software test platforms, product qualification, characterization, production yield optimization, manufacturing release coordination, vendor and foundry relationships, and technical mentorship. It requires extensive semiconductor and ATE experience, advanced programming and hardware design skills, and the ability to travel 0–10% for global manufacturing and vendor sites.
