Description
Gusto is hiring a Senior Staff UX Researcher to lead quantitative research across R&D, develop psychometric frameworks and validated measurement scales, partner with Data Science, build customer segmentation and usability measurement, and mentor researchers. The role requires 8+ years of quantitative UX research experience, expertise in survey science, statistical modeling, AI and LLM evaluation, SQL, Python, and Qualtrics, and experience with AI-powered products. The position is equivalent to Senior Staff level and is based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City, with a hybrid expectation of working from the office approximately 2–3 days per week.
