Renesas Electronics is hiring a Senior Staff Validation Engineer for its new Design Center in Catania to lead post-silicon validation of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power-management integrated circuits. The role defines validation strategies and plans, drives test automation and laboratory infrastructure, designs evaluation boards, develops Python-based automated frameworks, assesses product readiness, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to validation engineers and project teams. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, 8–12 years of relevant experience, hands-on hardware characterization and debugging, laboratory instrumentation expertise, Python programming, and extensive NPI experience. The expected annual pay range is €63,000–€84,000, with bonus eligibility.
