Evergen is hiring a full-time Microbiology and Sterility Assurance Specialist in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The role serves as a site subject-matter expert for microbiology, sterility assurance, aseptic processing, and contamination control; oversees environmental monitoring and investigations; supports microbiological testing, validations, GMP documentation, and continuous improvement; and trains staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, or a related scientific discipline, 4–6 years of relevant regulated GMP experience, and expertise in cleanroom operations, sterility assurance, and related standards. The role is onsite in an office environment, with an annual CIP bonus opportunity of up to $10,000, a $5,000 signing bonus after 30 days, and a $2,500 retention bonus after 12 months.
