Life360 is hiring a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator to own and scale its global equity incentive program, including stock options and restricted stock units, with ESPPs on the roadmap. The role manages option exercises and RSU vesting, capitalization tables, equity data in Fidelity, mobility tax treatment, employee education, proxy documentation, insider-trading processes, and relationships with equity plan providers and transfer agents. Candidates should have at least 8 years of general and programmatic stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, strong Excel and project-management skills, and experience improving processes or automating manual work. The position is remote within the United States and offers a base salary of $102,500-$150,000 plus equity and benefits.
