Retell AI is hiring a Senior Strategic Deployment Manager to lead strategic customer engagements from discovery through production and expansion. The role partners with executives, sales, product, engineering, and customer success to identify AI automation opportunities, build business cases and ROI models, design AI-powered workflows, and drive complex cross-functional implementations. The position is based in New York City or Redwood City, offers $170,000–$260,000 in cash plus equity, and provides visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
