Scotch is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy to own payments revenue and cost modeling, finance data infrastructure, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, scenario planning, and strategic financial analysis. The role partners with business leaders on capital allocation, investment ROI, and strategic project evaluation, while using AI and automation to scale financial analysis. Candidates need at least five years of strategic finance or FP&A experience, including two years in a high-growth technology business, along with payments economics, financial modeling, Excel, and data-analysis skills. The position offers a base salary of $165,000 to $185,000, equity, medical, dental, vision coverage, and unlimited flexible PTO.
