Xero is hiring a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to serve as a finance partner to its UK go-to-market organisation. The role leads planning, forecasting, performance analysis, scenario modelling, budgeting, investment evaluation, resource allocation, and reporting; it also supports commercial decisions on growth, operating expenditure, headcount, and GTM initiatives. The position requires at least eight years of experience in strategic, commercial, go-to-market finance, FP&A, strategy consulting, or investment banking, along with strong financial modelling, performance analysis, communication, and digital and AI fluency.
