Coinbase is hiring a Senior Strategic Program Lead on its Strategic Programs team within Customer Experience to own the end-to-end customer experience strategy and program management for identity verification, account recovery, login, and new-user KYC journeys. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, AI, and Analytics to influence roadmaps, build scorecards, drive launch readiness, optimize operations, and use generative AI to improve customer outcomes. Candidates need at least five years of product, program management, customer experience, or product operations experience at an enterprise-scale company, along with demonstrated data-driven business case development, cross-functional delivery, and responsible generative AI use. The position offers a base salary of $130,900 to $154,000 USD annually, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
