Honeywell is hiring an Indirect Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Bucharest, Romania, to lead enterprise professional-services sourcing, supplier management, contract execution, cost and working-capital optimization, and supplier risk mitigation. The role partners with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of professional-services strategic sourcing and category-management experience, contract negotiation expertise, RFP/RFQ and statement-of-work experience, demonstrated category savings and working-capital impact, and fluent English. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days from home, and includes medical insurance paid by the company.
