The role develops executive speeches, congressional testimony input, policy papers, strategic communications products, executive briefings, and other communications supporting Headquarters Marine Corps, Installations and Logistics, and senior Department of Defense leadership. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree, and eight years of professional experience in executive-level written communications for Department of Defense or federal headquarters organizations.
