VML is hiring a Senior Strategist for its Sea Containers office in London, working hybrid with teams in the office four days per week. The role develops strategic thinking across a major Pan-European automotive account, covering brand consideration, lead generation, CRM, digital experiences, search, and retail activations. The strategist will own projects and workstreams, collaborate with Client Services, Creative, Data and Media, present recommendations to clients and stakeholders, and support junior team members. The position requires agency strategy experience, strong customer and commercial insight, communication skills, and familiarity with CRM, digital, search, AI, LLMs and Generative Engine Optimisation.
