Barclays is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to define and drive Business Banking strategy, including target segments, portfolio composition, vertical focus, commercial opportunity, and outcomes. The role advises senior stakeholders, develops financial models and strategic recommendations, manages transactions and negotiations, supports client and investor-related strategic direction, and uses market research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform decision-making. It is a Vice President-level position located in London (Canary Wharf) or Knutsford (Radbroke), requiring strong strategic and commercial acumen, executive-level storytelling and reporting, and prior strategy/consultancy and leadership experience.
