EliseAI is hiring a Senior Strategy Manager, Government Affairs to build its government affairs and public policy function from the ground up. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development & Partnerships, the role will establish strategy, develop relationships with housing authorities, government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders, monitor legislative and regulatory developments, represent the company in public policy, advise leadership on regulatory risk, and partner with government and affordable-housing opportunities. The position requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with travel, and in-person work at the company’s New York City headquarters four to five days per week.
