Intuitive Machines is hiring a Senior Stress Analyst in Houston, Texas to analyze carbon-fiber structural panels, joints, metallic secondary structures, and other spacecraft parts and assemblies. The role owns stress analyses, presents solutions, supports manufacturing product development, and may lead or mentor junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related discipline, 5–10 years of experience for the mid-level track and 10+ years for the senior track, and expertise in finite element analysis, carbon-fiber analysis, Microsoft Office, and preferably FEMAP/NASTRAN, closed-form joint analysis, and 3D CAD.
