Description
Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator supporting a large-scale, technically complex hydric development with residential and commercial components. The role coordinates structural steel, architectural, structural, and MEP documentation; reviews constructability and technical details; identifies clashes and missing information; and supports BIM and clash-detection workflows before contractor and site implementation. It is a long-term, remote-capable position requiring at least five years of multidisciplinary coordination experience and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
