Electra is hiring a Senior Structural Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to develop and industrialize structural assembly processes for its EL9 aircraft from early product development through prototype builds and production ramp-up. The role partners with Product Engineering to apply DFMA principles, reviews structural designs and engineering changes, supports tooling and supplier manufacturing, resolves production issues, and contributes manufacturing standards and continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience, including aircraft structural assembly and industrialization. The position offers a $130,000–$155,000 USD compensation range, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
