Description
The employer seeks a senior structural construction project manager to independently manage and control demanding structural construction projects in the Berlin area. The role oversees schedule, quality, cost, site organization, reporting, and documentation; leads foremen, specialist site managers, subcontractors, clients, planners, and authorities; and manages projects from site setup through handover and fit-out. The position requires a civil engineering degree, at least 20 years of structural construction site-management experience, and substantial experience executing projects totaling at least EUR 20 million, including EUR 2 million in structural construction services. Compensation includes an above-average package, a company car for private use, and a success-based bonus.
