Description
Schnabel Engineering is hiring a Senior Structural Dam Engineer to lead the evaluation, design, rehabilitation, and construction support of concrete dams, spillways, outlet works, gate structures, intake facilities, and related hydraulic structures. The role combines technical leadership, dam safety analysis, project management, client and business development, and supervision of engineers and technical staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering, at least 10 years of relevant dam and hydraulic-structure experience, and Texas licensure or the ability to obtain reciprocity; a master’s degree and structural-engineer designation are preferred. Compensation is listed at $140,000–$160,000 for an Associate-level candidate and $160,000–$175,000 for a Senior Associate-level candidate, with variation by location and other factors.
