Description
Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Senior Structural Designer for its Nashville Design Center in Lebanon, Tennessee. The role leads structural design for complex point-of-purchase displays, retail-ready packaging, and industrial packaging from concept through production release, using ArtiosCAD and other CAD tools. The designer will collaborate with sales, operations, customers, and production teams; create prototypes and customer presentations; resolve design-for-manufacturing issues; optimize materials and layouts; and mentor other designers. The position requires at least six years of structural packaging design experience, significant corrugated experience, advanced ArtiosCAD proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
