Description
Coffman Engineers is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer for its DC Metro office. The role involves structural analysis, design, and detailing for commercial, industrial, federal, and utility projects; leading design teams; managing budgets and schedules; developing proposals; coordinating with architects, owners, and contractors; and contributing to business development and client consulting. The position requires a civil engineering degree, PE or SE registration, at least 10 years of structural engineering experience, and familiarity with structural analysis software. Compensation is approximately $100,000–$150,000 base salary, with overtime, a discretionary bonus, and a 401(k) matching program. The position is not eligible for sponsorship and offers a hybrid work schedule subject to change.
