Description
Stellar is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and analysis of complex building and infrastructure systems, including steel, reinforced concrete, precast, tilt-up, masonry, and foundation systems. The role manages project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder coordination; reviews submittals and calculations; conducts site assessments; mentors junior engineers; and develops design standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering, a master's degree is preferred, and at least 8–10 years of structural engineering experience, including large-scale project leadership.
